Fun fact: Matcha and Hojicha are both green teas, but hojicha is roasted over charcoal. This roasting process gives it a comforting, nutty flavor and removes almost all the caffeine—making it the perfect wind-down sip for any time of day. 🍂🍵

Drink the rainbow, feel the benefits. 🌈

Here’s a quick breakdown of what’s actually in your cup:

🟢 Matcha: Loaded with antioxidants and L-theanine to give you a clean, steady energy boost and sharp focus—no jitters or midday crash.
🟣 Ube: This vibrant purple yam is naturally sweet, packed with Vitamin A, and full of health-boosting antioxidants.
🟤 Hojicha: Roasted green tea with a comforting, smoky flavor. Because it's roasted, it's naturally very low in caffeine—making it the ultimate relaxation sip.

Spilling our secrets... and a few drinks. 🤫🌪️
The hiatus is over and Tsuru Matcha is officially BACK for the summer! We are returning to Market on Main starting on Saturday, June 20th! ☀️✨

Swipe through to see our full menus. If you don't know what to order, follow the crowd! Here are our Top 3 Fan Favorites from launch day:

🥇 Morning Mist (Matcha + Vanilla + Lavender) 🌿💜
🥈 Shockwave Energy Blast (Red Bull + Strawberry + Coconut + Lime) ⚡🍓
🥉 Violet Vibe (Ube + Vanilla) 💜

🤎 P.S. Don't sleep on the Hojicha! Wondering what it is? It’s simply roasted matcha green tea leaves! Roasting the leaves gives it a super rich, nutty, and slightly smoky flavor with way less caffeine. Trust us, it is SO worth a try!

🗓️ Catch us at Market on Main these Saturdays:
* June 20 & June 27
* July 4 & July 18
* August 8
*(Plus keep an eye out for other potential summer pop-ups! 👀)*

Are you Team Matcha, Team Hojicha, Team Ube, or Team Energy? Let us know what you're grabbing first on the 20th! 👇🏻
