Dear Clients and Partners,
As the world better understands and reacts to the impacts of COVID-19, the health and well-being of our employees, clients and partners is of primary concern and we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation very closely. To limit potential exposure within the communities where we live, work and play, our teams have taken important steps including those recommended by the Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization, and other government agencies.
We recognize that COVID-19 has created a rapidly changing and uncertain environment, so I’m personally reaching out to thank you for the trust you’ve placed in LivePlatform and assure you we are and will continue to be open for business. We intend to ensure you have everything you need from us as we all work through the challenges in front of us.
Our executive management team has implementing our business continuity plans and we are doing our part to help slow the spread of COVID-19 by implementing travel restrictions, virtual meetings and work-from-home plans. We are also taking preventative measures to keep our employees and their families, our clients and partners as safe and protected as possible.
A summary of our business continuity plan is as follows:
LivePlatform is a globally distributed organization and has developed and maintained disaster recovery plans for many years. As COVID-19 has been declared a pandemic, we have reviewed our existing plans and operations to ensure we are prepared to continue operations and not just respond to a disaster. All employees are equipped to work remotely, and have been asked to do so until further notice. Our corporate headquarters in Tuxedo, New York will be closed until further notice. Our client platforms and operational infrastructure will be uninterrupted. Calls placed to our Client Concierge Desk will be routed to the appropriate individuals regardless of where they are physically located, and our Professional Services Team and Development Teams will continue business-as-usual, as they are accustomed to working remotely. Therefore, we foresee no adverse impact to our clients. In any event we will continue to follow local, regional and national government guidelines across our organization.
We are confident in our ability to deliver the quality support you expect from LivePlatform. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we’ll be here to help. Please reach out to myself or your LivePlatform contact if there is anything we can do to support you.
Thank you for your continued trust and confidence.
Best regards,
Chris Cupero (Chief Client Officer)
