MAINTENANCE | Please be aware that a scheduled maintenance will begin overnight at 1AM, September 2, 2023. Service interruption is not expected, but this maintenance could rarely cause a short outage. Updates will be made to this post . UPDATE 5/4/2023 9AM - The issue is now resolved. If any issues persist, please call us at 405-381-8920
UPDATE 5/3/2023 12PM - The issue itself is still ongoing, but service should not be affected at this time. Changes have been made in order to direct traffic to the unaffected line. If you do continue to have issues, please let us know by calling 405-381-8920. There may be another short outage when traffic is directed back, but we will strive to make that change during non-peak hours.
FIBER SERVICE ALERT: Our backbone provider is currently investigating an issue that is causing several periodic outages to our fiber customers. Currently, they were unable to give us any ETA on resolution. Any updates will be added to this post and also updated on our website at tuttleok.gov. We apologize for the inconvenience.

MAINTENANCE 11/17/2022 - Starting after 10PM Thursday night and overnight into Friday morning, your router may restart due to an update being applied. During the update, your router will restart for around 5-10 minutes and come back online on its own. Please do not disconnect from power during this time. If you have any questions or if your service experiences any problems after the maintenance period, please call us at 405-381-8920.

URGENT: A fiber cut has occurred at the corner of E Silver City Ridge and Lighthouse Ln. We are not yet fully aware of the extent of damage or time of restoration, updates will be coming. Our crews are working to restore service as soon as possible. 9/19/2022 at 4:00 PM.

ALERT: A service-affecting hardware failure caused a brief outage, however, service should be coming back online now. If you are still having issues, please unplug the black power cord for 1-3 minutes, then plug back in. If issues persist after this, please contact us at 405-381-8920.

09/16/2021

A scheduled maintenance will occur tonight, September 17, 2021 at 10PM in order to apply a new software patch that will assist in the issues we have been seeing with the 5GHZ WiFi. Routers will automatically download the patch and restart, being offline for around 5-10 minutes, and start back up on their own. During this time, customers should not unplug or attempt to restart the router. If you continue to see any issues please call our Fiber Department at 405-381-8920.
