So Cal IT Ninja is now partnered with Comodo as a reseller and installer for all Comodo security products. I know what you're thinking: Why Comodo?! The video in the link will show you why, but essentially it's the best anti-ransomware I've seen. It uses a completely different approach to threats, and it just works seamlessly for all threat detection. If you'd like to know more about it or would like to purchase a license, please let me know.

Over the years, I’ve had a lot of people ask me about Linux and how it’s different from Windows or Mac. Check out the link for info on what it is and why people use it.

What operating system do you use? For some, that question may as well be posed in Latin or Sanskrit. For others, it’s an invitation to have a heated debate about the benefits of GUI vs. command line, modern day UI vs. old school metaphor, the pros/cons of Windows 10, LAMP vs. IIS … the list goes on…

A new feature in Windows 10, called Continue on PC, allows you to start looking at webpages on your phone, and then transfer it to your computer to continue looking at it on the big screen. Mac has enjoyed this feature for the passed 3 years now, so I’m excited Microsoft has figured this out. The requirements are that you need an Android or iPhone, and must have Windows 10 with the fall Creator’s update installed. The article in the link explains it more. How excited are you all for this new feature?

One of Microsoft’s big pushes with Fall Creators Update is to integrate your smartphone with your PC

Here’s another reason to use Chrome as your default web browser: built in antivirus that protects any sort of malware or virus from disabling or breaking the Chrome web browser. If you already use Chrome, keep any eye open for when your browser tells you an update is ready. If you don’t have it, you can get it free from google.com/chrome.
