Quick heads up: the Mobile Repair Lab is in the shop until Sunday with engine trouble. We will be back on the road in Tulsa next week.
While we are down, here is a phone battery tip. Heat is the biggest killer. Charging on a hot dash or in a warm car wears a battery down way faster than the charge cycles do.
Three small habits that help:
1. Keep it off hot surfaces while it charges
2. Run it below 20 percent less often
3. Store a spare phone half charged, not full or empty
Most batteries start their real decline after two or three years. If yours dies by dinner every day, that is the sign.
See you next week. ๐
