20 years. 💙
I walked into this hospital at 18 years old, and in so many ways, I grew up here.
I started at the bottom, worked my way through different roles, became a nurse, stepped into leadership, and built so much of who I am within these walls.
Healthcare has changed a lot in 20 years. Staying with one organization this long feels almost rare now, especially when growth, pay, and new opportunities can sometimes require leaving.
And staying this long means watching people come and go, teams change, and chapters close.
But more than anything, I’m grateful.
This place gave an 18-year-old girl a place to start and helped shape the nurse, leader, entrepreneur, and woman I am today.
Healthcare looks different.
This place looks different.
And so do I.
But I’ll always be able to say something pretty special:
