•Greet and Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
•Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
•Provide information about our services and products
•Help with shop organization, upkeep, and maintenance to ensure the overall condition of the shop is maintained
•Handle guests requests and resolve issues
•Process payments and maintain accurate records
•Support the team by being flexible and stepping in wherever needed—a true team player

📜QUALIFICATIONS
• Willingness to learn new skills—no prior printing experience required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge with phone systems and good phone etiquette
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to do errands
• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs (materials, supplies, equipment)
•Bilingual skills are highly desirable
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and flexibility to assist in various areas of the shop
