UPDATE 05-30-2026 10:00 AM:
GREAT NEWS! We have just replaced the backhaul to our Normanna tower and everything is coming back online. We have a few final firmware updates that need to take place to ensure the backhaul is operating optimally. This link should be fully operational by 11:00 AM.
If your service hasn't been restored, please unplug the power cable to your router, wait 15 seconds, and then plug the power cable back in and wait 2-5 minutes for the router to sync with the network. If you are still having service issues, please send us a private message on our page and we will assist you further.

The majority of our network is operational except for our Normanna tower. Unfortunately, the backhaul radio on that tower took a lightning hit during one of the four extreme storms that came through the area last week. We are hoping to receive the new replacement today or tomorrow and hopefully be able to get a tower climber scheduled soon after that.
These storms not only caused damages to our network, but to the area as well. This chain of storms has also caused delays with shipping services such as UPS and FedEx. So, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this stressful time in getting this area back online. We will update everyone again as soon as we have more information.
