After 19 years of serving our community, Smart Parts PC will be closing its retail and general computer repair operations.
This is a difficult decision, and it is not one we made lightly. Smart Parts PC has been a meaningful part of our lives, and we are grateful for every customer, family, small business, and friend who trusted us with their technology over the years.
The computer retail and repair market has changed significantly. Rising component costs, higher operating expenses, and changing buying habits have made the traditional shop model no longer sustainable for us.
Here is what this means, and the dates that matter.
Our last day to accept any in-store repair is Friday, June 12. Our final day of operation is Friday, June 19. If you have a repair with us right now, it will be finished before we close, and we ask that you pick it up by Friday, June 19.
For our custom gaming PC customers, your warranty support continues. We stand behind the 5-year warranty on our custom gaming PCs, and we intend to honor it. Warranty service will be handled by the same leadership team behind Smart Parts PC, through our IT company, Fortress MSP. To start a warranty request, email [email protected] and we will walk you through the next steps. This inbox is the right place for warranty questions only.
