This UACI startup client is reimagining the live sports experience for fans. 🏀✨

Founded by Aaron Barlow, In-Game Exchange is developing a platform that gives fans real-time access to premium seating and upgraded experiences during live sporting events — helping venues reduce unused premium inventory while creating new opportunities for fan engagement after the game begins.

Since joining UACI earlier this year, Aaron has been focused on customer discovery, problem validation, and market research as he works to refine and scale the platform.
