Missy Frenyea is headed to Palm Springs… and she’s ready to get her GIS geek on.
Our Partner Manager Missy Frenyea is packing her bags for the Esri Partner Conference in sunny Palm Springs next week, where she’ll be diving deep into all things Esri, ArcGIS, telecom, AI, and geospatial innovation.
When we asked Missy what she’s most looking forward to, she didn’t disappoint:
“I’m excited to join fellow Esri partners at the Esri Partner Conference! My agenda is packed with sessions on AI-powered ArcGIS solutions, the new telecom domain in the Utility Network, and opportunities to collaborate across the Esri ecosystem. As GIS becomes essential infrastructure for communications service providers, I’m looking forward to exploring how CommSoft and Esri can work together to bring powerful geospatial capabilities to the providers we serve. Energized to connect, learn, and bring back insights that will shape our 2026 GIS strategy.”
And honestly… this is exactly why Missy is such an incredible partner advocate for CommSoft.
With 30+ years working with CommSoft, she understands our products, our customers, and the telecom industry inside and out. Combine that with her genuine love of learning (especially the wonderfully geeky kind), and you get someone who doesn’t just attend conferences....she dives in.
Missy’s agenda perfectly reflects that approach: a thoughtful mix of strategic partner engagement, deep technical sessions, and industry-focused learning that directly supports CommSoft’s mission of bringing the power of GIS to communications service providers.
She’ll be hitting the plenaries, partner networking events, Esri meetups, and key sessions around broadband, utilities, AI, telecom, and cloud...all with one goal: bringing valuable insights back to the CommSoft team and the providers we support.
Because when Missy goes to a conference, she doesn’t just come back with swag… she comes back with ideas, partnerships, and knowledge that help CommSoft deliver more value through GIS.
Safe travels, Missy — and enjoy Palm Springs! Check back for more tales of her GIS journey!
