Learning from past case studies is a handy method for figuring out whether Centroid is the right cloud service for you.

Take Eward C. Levy for example. They produce lightweight aggregates, asphalt, cement, concrete, agricultural products while also providing services that include construction materials, road building, flame cutting and treatment, steel mill services, logistics, and laboratory testing.

To improve focus on core operations, company leadership decided to start the move out of the data center management business and migrate its back-office applications to the cloud as their initial step.

When Centroid jumped in, we determined that Oracle Cloud Infrastructure would actually be the quickest. Not only would the OCI provide an easy, nearly instantaneous “push-button” set up, it would also provide secure flexibility in the long-term. To speed up the project even more, Centroid suggested that Levy implement DRaaS in OCI.
