Multilingual SEO can look fine in Google and still break in AI search.

A buyer asks in Spanish, French, German, or Hindi.

Your local page exists.

AI still pulls the English URL.

That means the buyer may miss the proof that was written for their market.

Check this before creating more translated content:

Can each language page open directly?

Does each version have its own URL?

Does hreflang point both ways?

Does the local page avoid forced redirects?

Does the canonical point to the local page, not the English one?

For B2B brands, local pages carry more than translation.

They carry trust.

Regional case studies.
Compliance details.
Local service language.
Buyer terms that sound natural in that market.

If AI keeps citing the English page, the buyer gets a weaker version of your story.

Comment MULTI and I’ll send the 5-page multilingual AEO check I’d run first.

B2B paid campaigns can look healthy while teaching Google to find the wrong kind of lead.

Campaigns bring leads.

Sales rejects them.

Check what event you’re asking Google to learn from.

If the primary event is every form fill, Google learns to find more form fills.

Spam fills.
Student fills.
Bad-fit fills.
People hunting for free advice.

For healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, IT partners, and SaaS, that gets expensive fast.

A bad lead still takes a call.

A bad appointment still blocks the calendar.

A bad MQL still makes the report look healthier than the pipeline.

Feed the platform the event sales cares about:

qualified lead
booked meeting
sales-accepted lead
opportunity created
revenue won

Paid campaigns learn from the signal you give them.

Comment QUALIFY and I’ll share the conversion events I’d check first.

SaaS founders are asking whether AI search visibility matters, but a lot of SaaS pages still fail the first AI test.

Read your hero like a buyer who has never heard of you.

Who is it for?
What problem does it solve?
What changes after using it?
What proof makes that believable?

If the hero says “all-in-one platform for modern teams,” the buyer has to do extra work.

AI has to do extra work too.

Healthcare SaaS buyers need compliance clarity.

Ops buyers need workflow clarity.

CMOs need pipeline clarity.

Founders need outcome clarity.

Foggy product pages create foggy AI summaries.

Your page has to explain the product before AI can repeat it.

Comment SAAS and I’ll send a landing page clarity check.

500 clicks. 2 demos. That’s not a LinkedIn problem.

If your LinkedIn posts are getting clicks but not conversions, don’t blame the platform yet.

Here’s what’s actually happening: a big chunk of that traffic is other marketers, casual scrollers, or people who were never going to buy. High engagement means people are watching. It doesn’t mean they’re ready to talk to sales.

The real gap is usually on your website, not your content.

Fix it here:
→ Make it obvious who your product is for, in the first few seconds
→ Stop sending every cold visitor straight to “Book a Demo”
→ Give them an easier next step first — a product tour, a report, something useful
→ Track which posts bring in the right accounts, not just the most clicks

Attention is not the same as intent. Your website’s job is to turn one into the other.

Buyers are starting to bring web pages into AI tools before they ever talk to sales.

Run the plain-text test: copy your key page into a doc and see if the offer still makes sense without the design.

A lot of B2B pages fail there.

The proof sits inside graphics.
The answer sits in a tab.
The outcome sits in a designed block that AI summarizes badly.
The FAQ says less than the sales deck.

Your buyer may paste that page into ChatGPT to explain it to a boss, compare vendors, or prepare questions for a sales call.

For healthcare SaaS, logistics, manufacturing, and IT service brands, one weak summary can bend the buying conversation.

Your site has to tell the same story with the design stripped away.

Pretty pages still need plain text that can carry the deal.

Comment TEXT and I’ll share the 2-minute page check.

AI crawlers are starting to read sitemap.xml more closely, which makes old sitemap mistakes a bigger problem.

Check this before touching content: open your sitemap and search for the pages that make you money.

Service pages.
Industry pages.
Comparison pages.
Case studies.
Local pages.

If those URLs are missing, AI crawlers may start with the wrong map.

For a B2B SaaS, healthcare provider, logistics company, manufacturer, or IT partner, that matters.

Your best page can explain the offer clearly and still sit outside the crawler’s route.

Then the team blames content, while the file pointing crawlers around the site is stale.

AEO starts with access.

Your sitemap is one of the first doors.

Comment SITEMAP and I’ll send the exact 2-minute crawl check I’d run before touching content.

Google just published its first dedicated guide for YouTube audio ads.

That matters for B2B brands because YouTube is no longer only a video channel.

People are listening to podcasts, music, interviews, explainers, and long-form content while they work, commute, research, or zone out between tasks.

Here’s the small check before you test audio ads:

Can your offer make sense without visuals?

No demo screen.
No product screenshot.
No case study graphic.
No landing page doing the heavy lifting.

Just 15 to 30 seconds of voice.

That changes the ad.

A healthcare company can’t explain 6 services.

A logistics company can’t list every capability.

A B2B SaaS brand can’t cram the whole product into one spot.

The message has to land fast:

Who is this for?
What pain does it solve?
What should the listener do next?

Google’s own guidance points in the same direction: keep it brief, repeat the brand name, and give a clear CTA.

Audio ads punish vague positioning faster than video does.

If the buyer can’t understand the offer with their screen off, the ad won’t fix demand.

It’ll expose the message.

Comment AUDIO and I’ll share the 5-line script structure I’d test first.

A recent r/b2bmarketing thread tracked B2B brands across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, then pointed out a common testing mistake.

Teams type their own brand name, see a decent answer, and feel safe.

Small check first: remove your brand from the prompt.

Ask what your buyer would ask on a messy Tuesday.

“Best agency for healthcare SEO and AEO”

“Marketing partner for logistics lead generation”

“ABM agency for B2B SaaS pipeline”

“Who helps manufacturing companies improve digital visibility?”

That test hurts more because it measures discovery before recall.

Buyers usually start with a problem, category, use case, or shortlist request.

If AI only mentions you after you type your own name, your visibility is weaker than the screenshot suggests.

Branded prompts soothe the team.

Discovery prompts expose the shortlist.

Comment PROMPTS and I’ll send 10 checks for your category.
