New Product: SANMOTION F5 5-Phase Stepping Motors
More torque, finer motion, and compact frame sizes for precision automation.

SANYO DENKI has expanded the SANMOTION F5 Stepping Systems lineup with new 5-phase stepping motors designed for high torque, low vibration, high positioning accuracy, and compact equipment design.

Key features include:

🔷 High Torque
Up to 70% more torque compared to conventional SANMOTION F5 stepping motors, supporting faster positioning and shorter equipment cycle times.

🔷 Low Vibration and High Positioning Accuracy
More than 10% less vibration and approximately 44% lower positioning error, supporting smoother and more precise motion.

🔷 Compact and Lightweight
Up to 10% shorter and 8% lighter, helping engineers design more compact equipment.

The lineup includes 28 mm, 42 mm, and 60 mm square frame sizes and is suited for applications such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment, conveyor robots, mounting machines, and medical equipment.

SANYO DENKI has expanded the 9RA series with new 40 × 40 × 20 mm and 40 × 40 × 28 mm DC fan models designed for applications where cooling performance and acoustic noise are equally important.

From power supplies and inverters to medical devices and other space-constrained equipment, the new models help engineers address thermal challenges without introducing unnecessary noise. The fans are also UL certified, supporting equipment intended for the U.S. market.
