This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

After nearly 20 years of leadership, dedication, and heart, we officially sent our President & CEO, Dawna McCabe, off into retirement the best way we knew how — with sandy toes, sunshine vibes, and a beach-themed celebration fit for someone who has meant so much to all of us. 🌊☀️🏖️
For two decades, she led our company with strength, vision, and genuine care for the people around her. No matter how busy things became, she always put her employees first — it was never just about the business, it was about us. She created a culture where people felt valued, supported, and truly cared for, and that kind of leadership leaves a lasting impact.
Her influence reaches far beyond the workplace and will continue to be felt for years to come through the relationships she built and the lives she touched along the way.
And if there’s one final lesson she leaves us with — boy, can she throw a party. 🍹🌴
While we’ll miss her leadership more than words can say, we couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter filled with more sunsets, ocean breezes, and time spent in her favorite place in the world.
