🚀 Salutations fellow tech enthusiast 🤖. mobile Munch 4.0 is here and packed with some wonderful improvements. Aside from the modern UI upgrades, here are a few notable mentions...

What's improved for Topeka foodies:

+ English and Spanish content support.
+ A Discover tab that leads with the food. Tap a craving, see local dishes with photos and prices, then go find the truck.
+ Follow your favorite trucks and get notified when they're serving.

What's improved for vendors:

+ Follower notifications with built-in limits, so updates stay useful, never spammy.
+ Business Insights: profile views, food views, and direction requests.
+ An entire rebuild of the My Events system, aimed to improve workflows.

And perhaps our favorite addition: we launched the mobile Munch Vendor Portal. 💻 It's a desktop web app to improve the weekly workflows, like building menus, setting weekly schedules, adding events in bulk, and reviewing insights on a full screen. The portal and the app share one backend, so a change on the web shows up for foodies right away.

This is the kind of tech local small businesses deserve, built by a team that lives here.

Today marks something incredibly special.

After months of planning, designing, developing, and believing in the vision, we’re proud to officially launch WOVN, a mobile platform built to help communities discover, support, and connect with local entrepreneurs in a more meaningful way.

WOVN was created with one mission at its core:

As a mobile developer, projects like this are why I love the power of technology. Creating apps that not only function well but actually uplift people and strengthen local ecosystems is something I care deeply about.

I’m proud to announce the public showroom demo (MVP) of WOVN —> a mobile app designed to connect communities with local entrepreneurs through their stories, not just their products.

This project has been more than just writing code. It’s been about building something meaningful —> a digital space where local makers, vendors, and small business owners can be seen, heard, and supported at every level.

What WOVN is about:

- Highlighting the people behind local businesses
- Creating a community-driven directory
- Encouraging intentional, local support
- Building tools that strengthen grassroots ecosystems

📱This MVP represents a foundational step toward a larger vision of a connected, community-first platform. Alongside Monique Mercurio (Primitive Path Consulting), we aim to weave a stronger Local Economy in .

From concept to launch: Fiesta Connect is live Topeka…🚀

For the past 3 months, we've been developing something special >> an experimental MVP that bridges our Hispanic culture and technology.

Today, We're excited to announce the release of +Fiesta Connect, a fully bilingual mobile app showcasing the 93-year-old Fiesta Topeka celebration. 🇲🇽

Why this project matters to us:
As a local startup, we believe technology should serve the community. +Fiesta Connect helps festival-goers, volunteers, and organizers stay informed and highlights all things Fiesta Topeka >> all in English and Spanish. More great things are on the way for this project.

What I learned building this MVP:
+ Designing for bilingual accessibility
+ Balancing user experience with real-world event logistics
+ Shipping a product that actually serves people (not just code)

This project is more than an app, it's a reflection of our passion for creating meaningful digital experiences that bring people together.
