First a FLOOD, then a FIRE... When is the TORNADO Scheduled for again????

As many of our followers have seen, we've been through one heck of a two-week period.
During the first week of September, flooding caused damage to our Tonawanda office and some equipment. We got through it, cleaned up, made repairs, and got ourselves back on track.
Then, less than two weeks later, our building caught fire...
Thankfully, everyone is safe, and Niagara Signal is still here. Now that we've had a little time to assess the situation, we want to give everyone a more complete update on where things stand and what happens next.
1) THE FIRE & OUR TONAWANDA OFFICE
Our office was located in a shared office space at the front of the Vanocur Refractories warehouse (4001 River Rd), alongside several other small businesses. Our office area was kept separate from the industrial operations of the facility behind us.
On the morning of September 16th, a fire occurred within the warehouse portion of the building, resulting in fire, smoke, and water damage throughout portions of the facility.
We were incredibly fortunate. Our office did not sustain direct fire damage, and no Niagara Signal equipment was lost. Our space did, however, suffer smoke damage.
Unfortunately, the impact of the fire goes beyond the physical damage to our office.
Following an inspection by the Town of Tonawanda, we have been notified that we can no longer occupy or operate from our Tonawanda office.
As a result, Niagara Signal Radio Solutions is officially relocating.
We don't have a new permanent home just yet, but we are actively pursuing relocation opportunities throughout Western New York.
2) E-SCANNER SERVICE
As soon as we learned about the fire, our team remotely shut down our servers and network infrastructure as a precaution. Because several critical pieces of E-Scanner infrastructure were located at the Tonawanda facility, this resulted in a temporary interruption of E-Scanner service.
The good news is that recovery is already well underway.
Our primary server has been successfully relocated and returned to service. Our Erie County North and Niagara County receivers have also been relocated and reactivated.
These receivers are currently operating from temporary locations while we work to establish better permanent sites. Because of this, customers may notice reduced audio quality or limited reception on some channels during the transition.
E-Scanner is coming back, and we will continue improving service as infrastructure is relocated and permanent receiver sites are established.
We appreciate everyone's patience while we get everything settled.
3) WHAT HAPPENS TO NIAGARA SIGNAL NOW?
We're not going anywhere.
Niagara Signal Radio Solutions remains very much alive and well. We've simply found ourselves unexpectedly operating without an office.
For the remainder of September, we will be operating on a limited basis while we relocate equipment, establish temporary workspaces, and handle everything that comes with an unplanned move.
In the meantime, our team will continue providing service to the best of our ability. For the moment, that means we're quite literally operating out of our homes and vehicles while we find Niagara Signal's next home.
Customers with open or pending projects should still expect those projects to be completed as proposed, although some may experience a slight delay while we get back on our feet. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
FINALLY, THANK YOU.
We want to extend our sincere thanks to every fire department, law enforcement agency, emergency responder, and other organization that responded Wednesday morning.
We've always been proud to support the first responder community throughout Western New York. This week, we found ourselves on the other side of that relationship, and we are incredibly grateful for the quick response and hard work that prevented an already difficult situation from becoming much worse.
We also want to thank our customers, friends, partners, and everyone who has reached out to check on us or offer their support over the last few days.
It's been a hell of a couple weeks.
But we're still here.
Niagara Signal isn't going anywhere, and we look forward to serving you even better from wherever we call home next.
Thank you. ❤️
