I now use a project model payment method! Details in the image below and if you don't see "per hour" after the price that means it's a set price. I also want to make something clear when I build website's it's not just to make me money but I'm also tripling your profits for instance if you have a business you want me to make a website for more people will see your business with a high quality website and everything I do is high quality meaning if you just want 1 landing page then it's going to be beautiful and responsive!

If you're wondering why the prices are so steep. It's because I know what my time and efforts are worth. I design logos and everything else each product needs from scratch, I do front end (visible stuff), back end (behind the scenes stuff), and finally I do post editing (making the product more appealing for example I make website's SEO optimized. Meaning the website will show up on Google search if not at the top on the first page for sure). That's very high quality and I price differently than most developer's who have a package type deal which usually results in $600 - or crap, $1,200 - better but still crap, or $5,000-$10,000 range which is their 1080P video quality equivalent. Mine is the 1080P video quality equivalent all the time which is why I go by hrs or one set price with 15% down. I don't wanna cheat anyone out of quality but I don't want to be cheated either.
