Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative / Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Genesys Telephone Based Information Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, setting up appointments, and generating leads to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and online research
Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients
Present products/services to potential customers in a professional manner
Maintain and update lead databases using CRM software
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointments
Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead conversion
Qualifications:
College graduate (with or without experience) or High school/K-12 graduate (experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation is an advantage but not required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Experience using CRM tools is a plus but not required
Willing to work on-site in Genesys Telephone Based Information Services, Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, or in a work-from-home (WFH) setup (WFH setup may require specific qualifications and home office requirements)
