Most small business websites are built backwards. Design comes first, strategy never arrives, and six months later the site looks beautiful but doesn't bring in a single new customer.
Strategy-first flips the order, and it's less mysterious than it sounds. We start with customer research: who actually buys, what they search, what stops them. Then goal mapping, so every page has a job to do. Then SEO architecture, so Google knows what matters most. Only then do we work out the conversion logic: where the CTA lives, where people drop off, and how we catch them.
Aesthetics are the last decision, not the first. A pretty color palette can't fix a site that was never built to sell. Every choice we make ties back to one question: will this bring in more customers?
If you're not sure your current site can answer that, let's chat. Comment "audit" below and we'll take a look.
