Just over a year ago, we had a customer in the store (previous location). She was a young customer, and she was using the gaming lounge. Around that same time, we had a couple of customers who came in and also played in the lounge. We saw on the cameras that one of the younger people in that group walked out with the female customer’s Nintendo Switch. The young lady’s parents claim someone is playing the switch sporadically as they still have parental controls on the Switch. The parents havee since locked down the switch to be practically impossible to use.

This post is hoping to reach out to the parents of the young man who walked out with the Switch. We understand his situation might be difficult at times, but we know you all to be good people. We would like you to return the Switch without any hard feelings. We would have a small gift for you in return. Thank you in advance.
