3. Exercise Activities - there are plenty of physical activities you can enjoy together. Swimming and yoga are great forms of exercise.
4. Spend Quality Time Cooking
5. Do Something Creative - scrapbooking or painting, arranging a family album can raise some warm memories.
6. Gardening - this activity is best for parents with more mobility.
7. Visit Museums - Learning about history or science can be fun at any age.
8. Watch a Movie together.
9. Sign up for a Class - all kinds of classes accept people of all ages, while others are focused specifically on the elderly population.
10. Volunteer Your Time - Reach out to local charities and ask how your parents can help.
