Southwest Arkansas Telephone Cooperative - SWAT - SWAT First has officially accepted the challenge. We’re stepping up to support the incredible youth served at the Red Shield Youth Center of Texarkana for the duck decorating contest for the Hope Rush "Fun" Raiser Duck Decorating and Duck Race at Big Dam Waterpark on May 30th!

Don’t get left out! Businesses, families, and individuals can all join the fun, purchase a duck, and challenge someone else to do the same. Every dollar raised goes directly toward providing after-school and summer programs for homeless youth staying at the Center of Hope shelter.
