The DVHRC was founded in 1992 by Jay Daveler and a small group of radio enthusiasts from the Philadelphia area. The first meeting was held on February 4, 1992 and hosted by Tony Mollettiere at his business, North Penn Amusements in Souderton, PA. Thirteen people attended including Jay Daveler (President), Larry Hilgner (Vice-president), John Kern (Treasurer), Tony Mollettiere (Secretary) and his w

ife Sylvia, Pete and Jan Grave, Arnold Finkel and his wife, Mike Koste and Charlie Class. Shortly thereafter, meetings were moved to their current location, the Telford Community Center in Telford, PA. The cub meets the second Tuesday of each month at the Telford Community Building in Telford, PA, about 25 miles north of Philadelphia, and is open to all who are interested in the preservation and appreciation of antique radios and radio equipment.
