We are aware of a service interruption affecting some customers in the Nokomis area. Our emergency response team has been dispatched to investigate. As of now we do not have an estimated time of restoration, but will work quickly to assess and restore services to those affected.

We are currently experiencing issues with a third party phone carrier and this is causing service interruptions with our phone system. Our team is working diligently to fix the issue.

Update: CTI services should be restored to those affected at this time. You may need to power cycle your CTI equipment to bring your service back online. Unplug your router from the power source, wait :30 seconds then plug it back in. It’s important that you do not reset your router only power cycle it.

Due to what appears to be a line strike near St Louis, some CTI customers may be experiencing a service interruption. Our disaster recovery team is currently working to get these customers back online as soon as possible.

A portion of our Rochester customers are experiencing a service interruption due to a damaged fiber line. We are aware and our emergency response team has been dispatched and are en route to assess and repair the line. Per usual we will work as fast as possible to restore service.

Update: Our team is estimating 2 hours of work to restore service. If all goes smooth you can expect to be back online around 7:30pm. We’ll keep you updated as work progresses.

Update 2: Fiber line has been replaced and splicing is underway. Service will be restored sooner than the original 7:30p estimate. Won’t be much longer.
