Monday Midday - Good news! Internet is back online.

Monday morning update: The fiber cut was fixed late last night. And unfortunately nothing came up. The vendor is working to determine where the other "break" is in order to fix it. We know everyone, including us, is beyond frustrated at this point. We appreciate your patience and know that we are taking steps with our account manager to voice everyone concerns.

Sunday evening : we do get updates but the vendor has more no progress to report. Hence the no updates. Yes we are upset, unfortunately nothing we can do.

Sunday morning: no update yet

Fiber on Malvern and Wicksburg towers...a ticket has been logged. No ETA for Internet availability. More to come.....

August 3, 2026 Malvern and Wicksburg is down. Fiber issues...ticket has been opened. No ETA yet for a resolution.

Attn Roku Users: Roku just released a huge update. Please update your Roku to eliminate buffering issues

System-Wide Update
If you want to update all your apps and your Roku's core software at the same time:
Press the Home button on your remote.
Go to Settings.
Select System > System update.
Choose Check now.
If an update is found, it will automatically download and install, and your Roku may restart once.

June 23, 2026 - 5:06 pm Connectivity is back to both towers.

2:35 pm update Fiber issue near ATL. They are working on it. No ETA currently for resolution.

Malvern and Wicksburg towers are down. Fiber provider has been notified and ticket has been opened. As soon as we know something, this post will be updated. No ETA currently from restoration.

Malvern is down. We can't go to the site until the rain and weather clears up.
