For Jasmine Scinto, RCDD®, CTS, ten years working as an electrician became the foundation for a career in ICT. Her field experience gave her something that can't be learned from a drawing – an understanding of how design meets reality.

As she transitioned into estimating and consulting, she realized her experience wasn't a limitation. It was one of her greatest strengths. Earning her helped reinforce that expertise and shifted conversations from questioning her presence to trusting her judgment.
