In most jobs you clock in simply because you need money. Working in an environment which is friendly and inviting but also flexible with my life is essential for me. Being mentally happy is always my main priority because if there’s one thing money can’t buy is happiness.I enjoy coming into my work space everyday. Since my time with Giant communication, I can say my whole life has change tremendously.

Being financially stable is always the main concern when working because well, why else would you go to work everyday? I love that we get paid weekly with weekly,
commission. We have great savings on our service and dealer perks. Giant offers insurance which is great since most employers do not (health is the new wealth). Giant has also been very accommodating to my time off and scheduling. With Giant each manager I meet is like having a new coach that I am eager to learn from, they have always steered me towards success. Giant communications motto is to be the best and biggest Metro By T-Mobile in the nation and I’m glad to be apart of that. Giant Communications has definitely made me feel like a part of there family and I am so thankful. ❤️

My name is Gerson Contreras, and I have been working since November 2020. One of the first things I noticed about giant was how involved and hands on upper management is. From the ceo wishing everyone a happy birthday to the same ceo stopping by unannounced just to give you a gift card on Black Friday for your performance. It feels like a family, very close knit and that’s something I will always cherish.

I’ve been working for metro for almost 5 years, but the last year and a half is when I truly began enjoying my job and position to the max. There’s always room to grown for those that put in the work, so work hard and they’ll take care of you is all I can say.

I love Giant Communications because of Giant culture. Giant culture states that "Giant is family, and our customers are friends of the family." As long as I've been with Giant, I have seen this to be true. When I was hired by Giant I had nothing and was not in a good place in my life, but Giant accepted me as one of their own and helped me get on my feet and helped me grow and develop my talents, eventually learning everything I needed to know to develop into where I am now. Giant has given me all the tools I need to succeed, and has assured me the support I need to continue to learn and grow within this company.
As a continuation of their support, I have been provided with tools to maintain a positive mindset and perspective, allowing me to approach our customers with compassion and understanding; to treat them as friends and not unwelcome problems. From this perspective I have become happier professionally and personally as well, using these tools in my own life to advance my personal growth and mental health. I have formed many relationships and I have grown into a much better, healthier, and more mature person than I was when I started out a little over a year ago. Simply put...
