This past weekend, the CTC team and our loved ones came together to celebrate a major milestone: the 30th anniversary of Computer Training & Consulting (CTC). While we had to reschedule our celebration due to Hurricane Helen, we were thrilled to finally come together to honor our incredible staff, our founder, and the remarkable journey we’ve shared.

As we reflected on three decades of growth and impact, we also took this opportunity to give back to the communities that have supported us over the years. We reached out to our team to identify causes that were most meaningful to them, and through their nominations, we were able to donate to the following organizations throughout the year:
- Habitat for Humanity
- Second Harvest of Big Bend
- Refuge House
- The Spruce Foundation
- The Anthony Phoenix Branca Foundation

Thank you to our team for helping to make a difference in these vital community spaces.

In addition to community giving, we were honored to present our inaugural CTC Awards to recognize the exceptional contributions of our staff. There are three categories for awards. Two of the awards were nominated by the team while the other award honors the years committed to being a part of the CTC Team:

A special thank you to our CEO and founder, Monica DeShazo. Monica, your leadership, vision, and relentless determination have built this company from the ground up, and you’ve done so in a space where the odds were often stacked against you. Your success is a testament to your courage and drive. You have touched the lives of so many, including everyone in these photos and countless others whose lives have been forever changed by your bold decision to take a chance and bet on yourself. We are all proud to be part of this journey with you.

In closing, thank you again to everyone who joined us for the CTC 30th Anniversary Celebration and Holiday Party. It was a joy to gather and celebrate all that we have accomplished together. Here’s to many more years of success, growth, and giving back.

A member of the CTC Team, Tommy Bull, is going to be headed to Perry/Taylor County this weekend to make a donation run to provide resources for people and pets! If you would like to support, please send donations to -Bull-6.

The Tallahassee community was fortunate to avoid the catastrophe many of our coastal communities now face following hurricane Helene. Today our CEO, Monica DeShazo, traveled to Taylor County to bring much needed supplies for the community.

If you are unable to go yourself, please consider donating through Champs Chance. They will continue collecting throughout the week. Information for dates and drop-off locations, can be found on the page or at https://champschance.org

They will be making multiple trips out, starting tomorrow, to Perry, Cedar Key, and other areas.

Today, the CTC team, friends, and family were going to be coming together to celebrate 30 Years of having our doors open to the Tallahassee community. Helene had other plans. Nevertheless, we are so grateful that all of our team members have reported being safe following the storm! This is the greatest blessing.

Despite the cancellation of our celebration, we wanted to take a moment to congratulate our CEO and Founder, Monica DeShazo. Her hard work and dedication to CTC has impacted so many folks within the Tallahassee Community and beyond. Please enjoy this video from some of Monica’s family members, friends and employees who knew they wouldn’t be able to attend the party but still wanted to share congratulatory messages.

Thank you to all our attendees for joining us for our Process Excellence in a Day workshop yesterday. This was a special moment for CTC as it was our first in-person workshop since the onset of COVID-19 and the first time we have been able to meet our partners face-to-face. We are excited to continue showcasing CTC’s powerful solutions and the diverse Nintex ecosystem. Together, we are transforming the way people work with and .

We want to extend a special thank you to everyone at the FSU Alumni Center and Aramark for providing wonderful customer service to ensure our event went off without a hitch.

‘Process excellence’ is a term heard a lot in the business world. It’s often used by different people to mean different things, which has diluted and warped its meaning over time.
