South Carolina Department of Natural Resources will have a new boater education requirement beginning in August. With a few exceptions, boaters will be required to pass an educational course before operating a vessel. Learn more below!

Effective August 18, 2023, boaters born after July 1, 2007 are required to pass an approved boater education course before operating a boat, personal watercraft (jet ski) or a specialty propcraft powered by 10-hp motor or more.

Come join our team! Brandt is hiring a Fulfillment Technician for our Tallahassee, FL location. This position will help support our fulfillment operations for our state agency customers by mailing and printing license and registration requirements for recreational activities. To prepare for this role, you will be provided with paid, comprehensive training.

The Print Fulfillment Department prints 7 days a week, hours can fluctuate, due to print deadline and volume. In order to be considered for the position, you must be available for in-person shifts M-F and at least one weekend day, between 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Job responsibilities include:
• Independently operate, monitor, and troubleshoot hard card, digital printers and finishing machines to ensure proper printing.
• Preform and document proper machine routine maintenance
• Process fulfillment in a timely manner to meet service level requirements
• Perform and document quality checks in each batch
