UPDATE:
A new cable has been pulled in and a crew is working on getting everything spliced. We are hoping to have service restored in the next few hours!

We are currently experiencing a service outage affecting customers in the College Park area on Taylor Lane.

The outage was caused by fiber damage from another service provider working in the area. Our crews are currently on-site and actively working to repair the damaged fiber and restore service as quickly as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while our team works to get everyone back online. We will provide updates as they become available.

UPDATE: Service should be fully restored! If you are still experiencing service issues please call 256-649-4669 and select option 2 for technical support!

We are currently experiencing a widespread outage in the Webster's Chapel area. Crews are in route to investigate the outage. At this time we do not have an estimated time frame for repair, but we will continue to keep you updated!
