Getting things up and running in Hermiston!
Our YESCO team worked on this large-scale Ranch & Home signage in Hermiston, Oregon. Mounted high across the building façade, the oversized lettering and logo give the store a strong presence that’s hard to miss from the parking lot and surrounding area.
Projects like this are a good reminder that signage has to match the scale of the building — and sometimes that means bringing out the big equipment.

Some signs become part of the neighborhood.
Our YESCO Seattle team recently completed sign work for Bowlero Lanes, helping refresh the bowling center’s longtime roadside pylon sign while preserving the familiar look customers already recognize.
Standing high above the property, the sign gives Bowlero Lanes Restaurant & Bar a clear landmark for customers approaching from the road and proudly highlights the business as independently family owned.
Keeping an established sign looking its best can be just as important as installing a new one.

Some signs take a little more than a ladder...
Our YESCO Seattle team brought out the heavy equipment for this sign project at Good Chevrolet in Renton, Washington, installing the Chevrolet Commercial Vehicles signage on the existing pole structure.
Projects like this are a great look behind the scenes at what commercial sign installation can involve, Specialized equipment, experienced crews, and some serious precision to get everything into place.

In 1997 we built and installed the University Heights city sign. The sign has been an icon of the neighborhood for almost 30 years now. University Heights Community Association (UHCA) shared some amazing photos from the installation in March of 1997. This year we had the opportunity to replace all the neon for the letters and some of the border units as well. As part of the repair we had to replace some of the transformers, all of which are original from the 90s. The sign is still running on some of the original transformers which is incredible.

We love preserving neon signs especially the ones we build. Almost 30 years ago we built and installed this sign in University Heights in San Diego. All these years later it’s amazing to see the appreciation and care of the community.

We built the iconic Coachman’s sign in Salt Lake City in the 1970s. In 2021, the restaurant closed, and the future of the sign became uncertain. We were honored when Liberty Wells Community Council came to us with a plan to save the sign. With the help of the community, enough money was raised to remove and store the sign until a new home can be found. The community is actively looking for a new home to put the sign in Salt Lake if anyone has any ideas..

We truly believe and hope neon will always have a place in the sign world and we will always advocate for preserving historic signs while exploring ever changing sign technology. Las Vegas has always been the biggest sign playground in the world and we are excited for what the future holds. We would love to hear which signs from the past or present are your favorite!

You might have seen us every night for the last year on the corner of Flamingo and the Blvd. This is what we were up to. We designed and built one of the tallest freestanding signs in the world. Huge shout out to and for being incredible partners on this project.
