Part 3 of 3 — Expanding U.S.–Ukraine Industrial Cooperation
In the final phase of its business development mission, Carroll International met with Ukrainian manufacturers, government officials, and members of Parliament to advance industrial cooperation and expand bilateral market access between the United States and Ukraine.
These engagements focused on two core objectives:
1️⃣ Representing U.S. clients in defense, communications, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies seeking reliable and resilient partners in Ukraine.
2️⃣ Supporting Ukrainian manufacturers and innovators in entering U.S. Federal, State, and Local Government (SLED) markets through Carroll International’s contracting expertise, compliance framework, and distribution capabilities.
Across meetings in Lviv and Kyiv, Ukrainian organizations demonstrated increasing capacity to meet international standards in quality assurance, cybersecurity readiness, and transparent supply-chain practices. Government and industry leaders expressed a strong commitment to deepening cooperation in defense technology, manufacturing modernization, and greater integration with U.S. and allied procurement systems.
Among the leaders Carroll International had the honor of meeting was Former Member of Parliament Oksana Yurynets, whose patriotism, professionalism, and unwavering ethical standards left a lasting impression. Her leadership embodies the spirit of a nation committed to innovation, resilience, and victory.
These discussions laid essential groundwork for future joint manufacturing initiatives, technology licensing pathways, and long-term distribution agreements supporting shared security and economic objectives.
Carroll International extends its deepest appreciation to Yuliya Popovych, Managing Partner at Jus Collegium Law Firm, for her exceptional coordination, legal guidance, and strategic support throughout this mission.
Carroll International also thanks the following organizations for their continued assistance in expanding our international engagement and export development:
