Compliance doesn't end at the inspection. Your data shouldn't either.

Our third-party integrations with leading platforms help teams streamline AHJ submissions, simplify compliance tracking, and maintain a clear, auditable trail from inspection to report.

But third-party reporting is bigger than any single integration.

Across the BuildingReports ecosystem, we’re expanding how device-level inspection data connects with platforms supporting compliance, reporting, and AHJ workflows, reducing friction, improving visibility, and creating more connected experiences for service providers and authorities alike.

Less back-and-forth. More confidence.

And there are more partnerships to come.

See how it all comes together at Booth 533 at NFPA 2026.

One platform. One workflow. Less manual work.

BuildingReports now integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, connecting inspection data with service operations to create a smarter, fully connected workflow from inspection through remediation.

- Buildings and accounts sync automatically across systems
- Inspections link directly to dispatch work orders
- Failed devices generate remediation work orders with detailed data
- Completed service updates inspection results and device status automatically

The result: a seamless flow of information between inspection and service, eliminating double entry and keeping your team aligned every step of the way.

Inspection data shouldn't stop at the report.

At NFPA 2026, we're showing what happens when it doesn't.

Last week's Inspector's Boot Camp was everything IBC stands for, and then some.

From deep-dive NFPA 72 sessions to hands-on fire alarm labs, attendees left with practical skills they can apply in the field immediately. That's been the mission from day one.

As we close out 20 years of Inspector's Boot Camp, the legacy is clear: it lives in the professionals and teams who show up every day committed to advancing fire and life safety.

A huge thank you to Oklahoma State University's College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology (CEAT) for being an incredible partner.

Here's to the next 20.
