1. Cisco email gateways: a crafted email attachment can take over the gateway itself, and attackers are already using it. Update the scanner and check the logs.
2. Ahsay backup servers: the first patch did not fully fix two exploited bugs. Ask your backup provider if the newer hotfix is on.
3. Palo Alto firewalls: a bug lets someone with an admin login take full control. Upgrade and keep the admin page off the internet.
