There will be no more contracts without money down first 25-33% of the projected quote. 50-33% halfway, the remainder 25-33% upon completion before I walk away...
All gear will be paid for ahead of time, no more fronts. Especially no more blueprints & design with schematics, building plans, trigonometric equations or any work beyond a quote performed without money up front...
The good ones pay, so why can't you unless youre not a good one...
If you can't do that, I can't do anything for you and won't anymore...

P.s. Thank you so much for the ones & clients who treated me right. It's not you, it is the bad ones who screwed me. You truly are the best and have made this journey worthwhile.
