Please ensure you are running antivirus protection on your computer, and that it is up-to-date. I use and recommend Norton Security. Also a great free tool to remove adware and spyware infections is Malwarebytes (you can download it at malwarebytes.com)

Please do not be fooled by pop ups or phone calls from those pretending to be "microsoft", "windows help desk", "FBI", "Department of Homeland Security", "Department of Justice", "FedEx"...telling you your computer is infected. These are mostly scams. Merry Christmas!!
