Have you ever moved from a new place without help?
It's a quick reminder of how together we can do so much more. Each person on the team can be great at something which makes the entire team great. I've watched three professional movers empty a 4000 square foot house in 4 hours. Alone, it would have taken 4 weeks. Each person on the team was really fast at something, whether it was wrapping things in plastic wrap or lifting heavy items or quickly packing small items into boxes, everyone worked well alone and communicated when they needed help from the team. Watching a team work together is like watching a well oiled machine.
Want to move a mountain? Want to change an industry? Want to assemble a company? Work on integrating a team.
