Job Description IT Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable IT Business Development Manager to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the tech sector. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT services, freelancing platforms, and project workflows, with strong coordination skills using project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and pursue new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.com.
Reach out to potential clients via different digital channels.
Manage design, development, and social media marketing campaigns.
Optimize company profiles on freelancing platforms for better visibility and lead generation.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Communicate with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored IT solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact from inquiry to delivery.
Ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Create proposals, define scopes, and negotiate pricing.
Close deals aligned with company targets and work towards set revenue goals.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
Report on sales pipeline, client acquisition metrics, and performance against KPIs.
Project Management & Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project ex*****on.
Support seamless handoff from business to project teams.
Monitor timelines to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree in business, IT, or a related field.
4+ years of business development experience in IT services.
Expertise in Web & App Development, Digital Marketing, UI/UX, and Graphic Design.
Proven success in lead generation and deal closure on freelancing platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
