Ascend Computer Technical Services is looking for a dependable, motivated, tech-savvy individual to join our team.

✔️ IT help desk experience a plus
✔️ Network & on-site hardware experience ideal
✔️ Remote IT support experience welcome
✔️ Must be great with customers — in person & on the phone
✔️ Strong time management and follow-through skills required
✔️ Customer on-site appointments and service visits may also be part of this role

💡 Experienced techs are ideal, but we’re open to training the right person who is reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

📍 In-store position with hands-on work and customer interaction.
