What You’ll Do

Install, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, networks, and related equipment

Provide on-site and remote technical support for business clients

Diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Document work performed and solutions provided

Work independently and as part of a small, fast-moving team

What We’re Looking For

Strong mechanical or technical aptitude

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to troubleshoot logically and work through problems

Backgrounds That Translate Well (Big Plus!)

Experience in construction, electrical work, automotive repair, or similar trades is highly valued. If you’re comfortable using tools, reading diagrams, diagnosing issues, and fixing things, you’ll likely excel in this role—even if your formal IT experience is limited.

Preferred (But Not Required)

Previous IT or helpdesk experience

Familiarity with Windows PCs, basic networking, and printers

CompTIA or similar certifications

🔌 Position: Low Voltage Technician / General Laborer
We’re seeking someone who’s ready to work with their hands, learn on the job, and grow with us. This role includes installing and servicing low voltage systems (such as data cabling, security systems, and audio/video setups), as well as assisting with general labor tasks.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Experience or interest in low voltage systems
• Construction background is a major plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
💼 Duties May Include:
• Running and terminating cables (Cat5e, Cat6, Fiber Optic, coax, etc.)

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator / Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in computer networking, troubleshooting software and hardware, and providing technical support to our users. This role is responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure and ensuring that all computer systems are running efficiently.
**Responsibilities:**
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software, including computer networks and servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using diagnostic tools and software.
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person visits.
- Utilize IT management tools to track and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in computer networking and IT infrastructure.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in computer networking and IT support.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Experience with computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical personnel.
- Experience with IT infrastructure and management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
