NOTICE REGARDING AI-GENERATED ARTWORK

With AI-generated images becoming more common, we are receiving more artwork created using AI for shirt and apparel orders.

Effective immediately, AI-generated artwork will not be printed without customer approval and acknowledgment of the following:

AI-generated images can contain misspelled words, distorted lettering, incorrect details, strange artifacts, inconsistent lines, and other imperfections that may not be obvious when viewing the image on a phone or computer screen.

We will do our best to catch obvious problems, but The Print Shop is not responsible for errors or imperfections contained in customer-supplied AI-generated artwork once the customer has approved the design for printing.

If you supply an AI-generated image, you will be asked to approve the final artwork and acknowledge that you accept responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the supplied image before we print your order.

If you would like us to clean up, recreate, or properly prepare the artwork for printing, we are happy to do so. Additional design/artwork charges may apply depending on what is needed.

Once artwork is approved and the shirts are printed, we cannot replace or refund apparel because of an error that was present in the approved customer-supplied artwork.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding. This policy protects both our customers and our shop and helps make sure everyone knows exactly what is being approved before an order goes to print.

Good morning everyone. We wanted to inform everyone we are in the process of moving the shop. We have been working tirelessly to get the new space build and ready for all the machines. Please be patient with us as we make this transition. This was not something we had planned but sometimes you have to roll with the punches. There’s a lot of good coming out of the move. Since we’ve made several posts tonight, we figured it is finally time to introduce ourselves — because we realized we’ve never really done that before!

Hi everyone! My name is Blake Mink, owner and printer of The Print Shop. I’ve been involved in the ag field since high school in one way or another. For the past 6 years, I’ve worked as a mechanic at Sloans (with just a short break in between). I’m also proud to serve as Captain of the Stonington Fire Department, where my wife Emily and I live.

Emily is my wife she’s a Registered Nurse and has been in that role since college. Together we stay pretty busy — especially with our two kids! Our daughter is 3 years old, and our son will be turning 1 very soon, so life at our house is fun, loud, and always on the go.

We purchased a business that was primarily a screen printing shop from an owner who was ready to retire. After moving it to Stonington and rebranding to The Print Shop, we got to work growing and expanding what we offer. What started as screen printing has evolved into so much more.

We now offer: Screen Printing, Direct to Film (DTF) Printing, Embroidery, Vinyl Graphics (cut & printed), Laser Engraving, and more!

While this is a part-time business for us, we truly put our full effort into every order and work hard to get things done as quickly and professionally as possible.

We’re so thankful for the support we’ve already received and look forward to working with more of you in the future. Thanks for being here and supporting our small business!

Effective immediately, all orders must be paid in full before leaving the shop.

We understand that in the past invoices weren’t always completed at pickup — that’s on us. This change isn’t meant to cause any inconvenience, but it’s something we need to do for the sake of our business moving forward.

Hello everyone. We would like to once again thank all of our customers. We have some that have been with us since the beginning and some that are brand new. We appreciate each and every one of you. Going into 2026 with several big jobs ahead of us. If you are in the market to get some custom apparel, laser engraving, banner work, or vinyl work please reach out to us.

Going into 2026 we are going to have to increase some of our pricing. Unfortunately like everything else our materials took a pretty big price jump in 2025 and we left our pricing where it was for the year. As of January 1, we will have different pricing. Do not let this scare you we are still going to be competitive. So please give up the opportunity to quote your next project.
