This afternoon Irene picked up the usb that I had made an image copy of her files for her. I was unable to fix her desktop, the mother board was bad, but at least she was happy with her pictures and data. She brought with her a drive from her son's Mac, that had crashed and that it had their wedding pictures on it.... That's a rather difficult situation, because I can't always say for 100% I can recover your files. I checked it out, and I have hope on this one. I hope I can save some memories with this job....

Late night, have a computer from Ms. Irene, computer and hard drive failed. NEVER GOOD. I was able to recover all of her data that was on her hard drive. Favor for a friend.
