We Have an immediate need for IT Professionals Nationwide. We have contracted with TSA to service all International and Regional Airports across the US and Puerto Rico.

Types of Work Done for TSA:
UPS and Bypass Panel replacements – Requested by the site for a specific time and date – usually between 12:00 AM & 12:00 PM (Usually give a 1-2 week advanced notice)
Laptop and Desktop Reimages and Hard Drive Replacements – During normal business hours – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Usually given a 4-5 day advanced notice)
Printer Setup and Installation – During normal business hours – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Needed on site ASAP – NBD if possible)
Port activation and diagnostic (Requires specific tools) – During the sites operational hours which can be 24/7 (Needed on site ASAP – NBD if possible)
Computers Diagnostics and possible part replacements (Happens rarely) – During normal business hours – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Needed on site ASAP – NBD if possible)
Server Refreshes – During the sites operational hours which can be 24/7 – usually requested with a specific 4 hour window time frame (Usually give a 1-2 week advanced notice)
Equipment Relocation – Requested by the site for a specific time & date – usually 4-8 hours days with hourly pay (Usually give a 1-2 week advanced notice)
Site Set Up – Requested by the site for a specific time & date – usually 4-8 hours days with hourly pay (Usually give a 1-2 week advanced notice)
Network Connectivity – During the sites operational hours which can be 24/7 (Needed on site ASAP – NBD if possible)

All of this could possible change depending on the priority (low, medium, high, critical) of the ticket. Critical tickets request a technician on site within 4 hours on the same day the ticket is opened.

To accept tickets for TSA, you are required to have a Secret clearance with the Department of Defense (DOD), an Entry of Duty (EOD) clearance with TSA, and a Privileged Access Request (PAR) approval with TSA. There is also training for TSA that will need to be completed for security purposes after an EOD approval is granted. We are able to help you obtain all of this; however, it requires you to get your part done as quickly as possible since the DOD and TSA work at their own pace. Since we cover the cost of the clearances and approvals, we only ask that you cover the cost of your finger print appointments. There will be two: 1) Finger print cards to send to the DOD, and 2) Finger print scans at a TSA facility.
