WØSW Amateur Radio Club: Foxhunt Challenge!

When: Saturday, April 25th

Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (or until all participants check in)

Frequencies:
The Fox: 146.565 MHz (National Foxhunt Frequency)
Coordination: 444.800 MHz (Club Repeater)

The Challenge:
A hidden transmitter is tucked away somewhere within the Willmar City Limits on public property. No trespassing is required—just sharp ears and your best direction-finding gear!

Details:
Start: Participants will start from their own locations at 6:00 PM.

Coordination: Use the 444.800 repeater PL 146.2 Hz to coordinate the start of the hunt and to confirm when you or your team have found the fox.

Hunt Area: Anywhere within the Willmar city boundaries.

If there is rain on that date we will reschedule for June and coordinate on the 146.910 PL 100.0 Hz repeater.
