The Recoil MST-1 is a fantastic "swiss-army knife" tool for roughly $200 because it bundles a tone generator, phase tester, and voltmeter into one shell.
If you are looking for a true contender to take over the audio workbench, keep an eye on the Recoil MAT-1. It targets higher-tier pro-level installers by mapping out full system characteristics, processing real and apparent amplifier power wattage, determining power factors, and offering a visual crossover calibration guide directly on the interface.
The MAT-1 Holds the "Utility King" Crown
When it comes to features packed into a single handheld unit, the MAT-1 beats out virtually everything else on a pro installer workbench.
