Most people only notice the internet when it stops working, but behind every connection is a technician tracing light levels, splicing fiber, and making sure the network stays up and running.

Below is a little view of our technician's office this week 😄

After a fiber cut our skilled technicians Kevin and Jeremy dug back the fiber, once they located the damage, they got right to work! They started stripping the cables back, cleaning and prepping fiber strands, and splicing fiber thinner than a strand of hair. Once fiber was sealed and in place they did testing to confirm the network was back online.

Signal restored and site was left clean and professional.✅
