⚡ SOUND ON FOR THIS ONE! 😂🔊

We asked the Backup Power crew a simple question: “What does a generator sound like when it's exercising?”

Let's just say… our guys understood the assignment in their own way. 🤣

We promise they're better at working on generators than making sound effects! 👏⚡

💬 Does YOUR generator sound like this? 😂

All jokes aside, your generator should be exercising weekly to help keep it ready for the real deal! If yours isn't running or doesn't sound quite right (hopefully not like the cat Zach seems to think lives inside it 🐈🤣), give us a call! Our team is happy to help!

⚡ 5 YEARS OF BACKUP POWER: POWERED BY OUR PEOPLE ⚡

We celebrated the milestone… now we’re hearing from the people who helped make the last five years what they’ve been.

Over the next few Fridays, we’re sharing a mix of stories, memories, and a few questions that definitely brought out some personality. 😂

First up, Chris is kicking things off by sharing one of his favorite memories from his time at Backup Power. 👏

Five years down, plenty more memories to make.

⚡ A generator that shows up when it matters — and a team that does, too.

From installation to that first-year service and everything in between, this is the kind of experience we want our customers to have. James has already seen his Briggs & Stratton step up during outages and stay consistent through its weekly exercise cycles. 👏

Thank you, James, for trusting Backup Power and for sharing your experience!

Ready to feel a little more prepared for the next outage? Let’s talk about what backup power could look like for your home.

During grid strain, you need a generator that delivers full power on your existing natural gas line. Most standard generators lose power output on natural gas, but the Briggs & Stratton PowerProtect+ series features exclusive NGMax™ technology to deliver 100% rated power. That means maximum appliance coverage for your home without compromise.

⚡Important Update⚡

The safety of our team will always be a priority at Backup Power. ❤️⚡

Due to an incident that occurred on our property over the weekend, we are putting some additional precautions in place moving forward.

If you would like to stop by to look at generators, drop off a payment, speak with our team, or visit the office for any reason, please call us first to make an appointment.

Our property is private, and knowing who is expected to be on-site helps us maintain a safe environment for our employees, customers, and visitors. We also kindly remind everyone that Backup Power is a no-soliciting property.

We truly appreciate our customers and community for understanding and respecting this request. Thank you for helping us look out for the people who make Backup Power what it is. ⚡

Say hello to John, our newest Generator Technician on the Backup Power team! 👋⚡

🔧 John is hardworking, eager to keep learning, and proud of how far he’s already come in his career and the skills he’s picked up along the way. We’re excited to have him bringing that drive to our team!

When he’s not working on generators, you’ll probably find him hunting, fishing, playing hockey, exploring somewhere new—or enjoying a steak followed by some ice cream. 🏒🎣🥩🍦

💡 We’re excited to have John as part of the Backup Power family. Welcome to the team, John! If you see him out on a job, be sure to say hi! 👋
