We’re hiring: Part-Time Accountant: Odoo

Resilient IT is looking for an experienced accountant to manage our books and help guide financial decisions for our growing IT and cybersecurity company.

This is a remote, part-time, hourly W-2 position for someone with hands-on Odoo Accounting experience who can work independently and deliver accurate, timely reporting.

What you’ll handle:
• Bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Bank, credit-card, and Stripe reconciliations
• Vendor payments through United Bank Bill Pay
• Payroll processing and related accounting
• Monthly close and financial reporting
• Budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and tax preparation or coordination

What we’re looking for:
• Demonstrated Odoo Accounting experience, preferably v17/Odoo.sh
• Strong accounting, reconciliation, and reporting skills
• Reliable communication and ownership of deadlines
• U.S. person residing and working in the United States
• CPA or EA credentials preferred

We offer flexible scheduling around business deadlines, direct collaboration with leadership, and hourly compensation based on qualifications and experience.
