So yesterday I added a new page to my website (which really needs to be replaced). To fully optimize the page, I needed to create the content and format it, including creating the URL, the title tag, and the meta description, link to that page from the main navigation bar, and update three other pages, including their meta descriptions and title tags, And then make sure another page mentioned and linked to the service. And then update my home page content, title tag, and meta description. Phew.

I sympathize with those of you who maintain your own sites. It's a real task...

Google recently acknowledged that Google posts, also known as updates, are not showing on GBP listings. They're working on this and it should be fixed reasonably soon. So don't worry, it's not your listing; This appears to be a global issue.

All, this is a really really bad time to get your Google listing suspended. Reinstatements are taking 4+ weeks, and some even longer. I would refrain from making changes on the major elements of your listing, and just add photos as needed.

So y'all don't think you should be concerned about the images on your website? And you don't think showing photos of your services (or pets with humans) will help that much. SIT DOWN and look at this.

This photo was taken at my friend's home and I was being kissed by an amazing doggy. I won't mention the breed; you'll have to see what the tool correctly saw.

Google has posted a statement about the reviews situation. They say the counter is the issue, no reviews have been removed, and they're working on fixing the situation.
